MODEM Festival 2020 is postponed from August 8 to 14, 2022

All tickets valid for the 2020 edition will be valid for the 2022 edition
or redeemable for one of the two smaller festivals scheduled from August 9 to 15, 2021 (Mo: Dem Mutations V.1) and from August 16 to 22, 2021 (Mo: Dem Mutations V.1).

Ticket holders can also request a refund directly from the organizers at Mo:Dem Refunds <refunds@modemfestival.com>

PRESALE TICKETS 2020 :

MODEM presale ticket 2020 : 190 € + bf (limited to x tickets)

No tickets will be available at the festival gate.
Etickets are NOT EXCHANGEABLE, NOT TRANSFERABLE, NOT RESELLABLE. The written mandate, letter or document to transfer personalised tickets will not be accepted.

Presale tickets at a discounted price for nationals of countries with economic difficulties are only available through their local ambassadors and resellers.


The presale tickets for the MODEM Festival are done in two steps :

-1- PURCHASE CONFIRMATIONS and TICKET REGISTRATION ---
After payment is completed, you will receive an email from Paylogic allowing you to register (personalize) your Purchase Confirmation(s) in your name and/or your friend's name(s).
You will then be able to download your Purchase Confirmation(s).

Each Purchase Confirmation include a name, a number and a bar-codes.
MODEM organization will send a nominative E-ticket to each valid Purchase Confirmation holder within 48hrs after personalisation is complete.
Make sure to register Purchase Confirmation(s) within 7 days of the purchase date to be sure to receive your ticket(s).

Each Purchase Confirmation is nominative and needs to be registered carefully to the name and first name of its holder.
Each buyers may pay for several Purchase Confirmations but must individually register them in the names of the persons to whom the Etickets will be intended.
Purchase Confirmations are NOT EXCHANGEABLE, NOT TRANSFERABLE and NOT RESELLABLE.

Your Purchase Confirmation is NOT your ticket and will not be valid at the gate.
Actual E-tickets will all be emailed within 48hrs after personalisation is complete directly by MODEM organisation to each valid Purchase Confirmation holder.


Upon paying for your Purchase Confirmation you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.


-2- RECEIVING E-TICKETS ---
The final E-Tickets will be sent within 48hrs after personalisation is complete by email, directly from the festival organizers.
E-tickets are NOMINATIVE and PERSONAL.
Only the person for whom a Purchase Confirmation has been registered will receive an E-Ticket and will be able to assert it at the entrance by presenting a proof of identity (CNI, passport, driver's license, etc ...).


In the absence of valid Eticket or proof of identity, access to the festival will be refused.

Etickets are NOT EXCHANGEABLE, NOT TRANSFERABLE, NOT RESELLABLE .
Written mandate, letter or document to transfer personalised tickets will not be accepted.

E-tickets are REFUNDABLE upon request to MoDem organization until May 31, 2020, 23:59 (CEST).
Beyond this date, E-tickets are NOT REFUNDABLE.


Visitors must be aged 18 or over. All children must be accompanied by their parents.
Parents need to register children at childrenatmodem@gmail.com
Children under 14 years of age are entitled to a free ticket.

Due to the Croatian tourist law each attendee is required to pay tourist tax 4.50 kuna (0,60 euro) per day. This can be paid upon arrival directly to tourist board located at the gate of the festival.

From Hadra Tickets, you can buy Purchase Confirmation that will allow you to receive your MODEM Eticket in June 2020.
Purchase Confirmation are NOMINATIVES
Only the person registered as its holder will be receive an Eticket and will be admitted to the event.


After payment is completed, you will receive an email Paylogic allowing you to register your Purchase Confirmation(s) in your name and/or your friend's name(s).
You will then be able to download your Purchase Confirmation(s).
Each Purchase Confirmation include a name, a number and a bar-codes.
MODEM organization will send a nominative E-ticket to each valid Purchase Confirmation holders as explained above.

Etickets are NOT RESELLABLE and NOT TRANSFERABLE

E-tickets are only REFUNDABLE until May 31, 2020, 23:59 (CEST) upon request directly to refunds@modemfestival.com or via www.modemfestival.com
E-ticket refunds are subject to a fee of 25€.
Please note that MODEM's refund fee of 25€ is separate to the ticket insurance sold by Paylogic's Booking Protect.
The pace and scope of refunded tickets payment depend on the achievement of additional sales of refunded tickets.
E-ticket refunds will be processed between 1st and 7th June 2020. Due to different laws and bank policies, the payment process may last until 30. June 2020.

After May 31st, 2020, tickets are NOT REFUNDABLE (unless you subscribed to Booking Protect medical and travel insurance and according to the terms of their insurance contract. More infos here.)

Momento Demento Festival 2020 is organised and promoted by Festival Modem d.o.o.
Festival Modem d.o.o. is responsible for the production and execution of the festival.
Through Hadra, they offer the possibility to obtain Purchase Confirmation for Modem Festival tickets. Purchase Confirmation buyers understand that the promoters are solely responsible for the production of the festival according to the information provided on the festival website and other promotion documents.

Hadra is not the promoter of the festival and therefore Hadra cannot be held responsible for the production and execution of the festival. Hadra is in charge of sending the totality of the money collected for presale payments to the promoter on a regular basis and/or at the promoter's request so the promoter can have access to the money collected from presale payments to cover production costs.
Hadra is also committed to confirming payment to the buyer by email.

Hadra cannot be held responsible in case of cancellation, delay or for any change in the festival production. In case the promoter has to cancel the festival, the promoter only is responsible for refunds according to his own terms of sales (see official festival website). In the event of the festival being canceled, Hadra will inform the buyer as soon as possible.

Buying your E-ticket from Hadra means you fully accept the above terms of sale.
