TERMS OF SALE

TREE OF LIFE FESTIVAL 2013 presale E-tickets are only sent by email with a ticket number you will need to show at the festival gates.
Tickets are personnal.

You will receive a confirmation of your payment by email, including a ticket number, a barcode  and the name of its holder (E-ticket).
If you don't receive it in 1 or 2 days following your order and our order state is "E-ticket confirmed", please check your mailbox spam folder and contact us at shop@hadra.net.

Print this confirmation and, upon arrival at the festival, present this print out and a form of ID (passport or ID card); we will then hand you your original ticket(s).
If you purchase several tickets and are planning to arrive separatly at the festival, please make sure you provide the full name of each ticket holder when you are making the online order. You can also email the names of the ticket holders to tris@hadra.net.
Only the person listed as the ticket(s) holder will be able to collect them at the festival gate where he can make them available to other persons.

TREE OF LIFE FESTIVAL 2013 is organised and promoted by TOL FESTIVAL.
TOL FESTIVAL as the promoters, are responsible for the production and execution of TREE OF LIFE FESTIVAL 2013. Through Hadra, TOL FESTIVAL offer the possibility to obtain presale tickets at a discounted price from the ticket price at the festival gate.
Presale buyers understand that the promoters are solely responsible for the production of the festival according to the information provided on the festival website and other promotion documents.

HADRA is not the promoter of the festival and therefore Hadra cannot be held responsible for the production and execution of the festival.
Hadra is in charge of sending the totality of the money collected for presale payments to the promoter on a regular basis and/or at the promoter's request  so the promoter can have access to the money collected from presale payments to cover production costs.
Hadra is also committed to confirming payment to the buyer by email.

Presales are non-refundable.

Hadra cannot be held responsible in case of cancellation, delay or for any change in the festival production.
In case the promoter has to cancel the festival, the promoter only is responsible for refunds according to his own terms of sales (see official festival website).
In the event of the festival being cancelled, Hadra will inform the buyer as soon as possible.
