Please note that we do not send hard copies of the tickets in the post. We will send you a confirmation of your payment by email (as well as the Paypal transaction confirmation). Print this confirmation and, upon arrival at the festival, present this print out and a form of ID (passport or ID card); we will then hand you your original ticket(s).
You will receive your confirmation in the 2 to 3 days following your order. If you do not receive it in this timeframe, please verify your spam folder in your inbox. If the confirmation is not there, please contact tris@hadra.net.
If you purchase several tickets and are planning to arrive separatly at the festival, please make sure you provide the full name of each ticket holder when you are making the online order. You can also email the names of the ticket holders to tris@hadra.net. Only the person listed as the ticket(s) holder will be able to collect them at the gate where he can make them available to other persons.
Tickets are non-refundable.
